Description

 Резекция печени Хирургическое удаление пораженного участка ткани печени. Метод и цель операции зависят от патологии (гемангиома, аденома, паразитарный набор, рак печени ) И могут включать атипичную или типичную резекцию печени. Атипичные резекции подразделяются на клинообразные, краевые, поперечные и выполняются вне границ секторов и сегментов печени. Сегментарную резекцию, долевую (лобэктомию) и резекцию левой или правой половины печени (левую или правую гемиэпатэктомию) отличают от типичных резекций. Типичные методы резекции печени проводятся с учетом анатомического строения печени.
