Description

 Операции на печени выполняются при поражениях, раке, доброкачественных опухолях, абсцессах, кистах, паразитарных поражениях печени. В большинстве случаев хирургия печени включает различные виды резекции печени (маргинальная, клиновидная, сегментарная, долевая, гемиэпатэктомия). Печеночные абсцессы подвергаются дренажу, кистам и доброкачественным опухолям - отслаиванию или удалению. В случае поражения внутрипеченочных протоков выполняются печеночные анастомозы с двенадцатиперстной кишкой или тощей кишкой (печеночно-дуоденоанастомоз, печеночно-сосудистая болезнь). В случае серьезного диффузного и неоперабельного повреждения печени показана трансплантация органов.
