Description

 Лазерное лечение патологии роговицы заключается в удалении поверхностного слоя роговицы с помощью лазерного луча. Вмешательство производится после закапывания капель дикаина в глаза и разбавления век. Покрытие роговицы нового эпителия наблюдается в период до 14 дней. Перед эпителизацией роговицы в послеоперационном периоде пациент должен носить защитную контактную линзу. Лазерное лечение используется для удаления поверхностных рубцов и помутнений роговицы, при лечении буллезной дистрофии и других дистрофических заболеваний роговицы, в качестве одного из методов коррекции кератоконуса.
