Description

 Lymphocytepheresis. Терапевтическая процедура, во время которой часть лимфоцитов удаляется из организма пациента. Он используется для коррекции клеточного иммунитета при ревматоидном артрите, псориазе, СКВ, склеродермии и некоторых других системных заболеваниях соединительной ткани. Устранение самоагрессивных лимфоцитов из системного кровотока позволяет продлить периоды ремиссии и снизить интенсивность обострений. Кроме того, лимфоцитеферез может быть первым шагом в различных медицинских манипуляциях (ЛАК-терапия, фотоферез) с лимфоцитами, расположенными вне человеческого тела. Экстракорпоральная гемокоррекция происходит от 4 до 10 раз один или два раза в неделю.
