Description

 Ревизия кардиостимулятора. Методы открытого (инвазивного) обследования ранее имплантированной системы без ее удаления или замены. Доступ к ЭКС обеспечивается путем разрезания ткани над имплантированным устройством. Обследование ECS показано в случаях подозрения на дисфункцию кардиостимулятора, которая не может быть обнаружена неинвазивным способом. Ревизия кардиостимулятора включает в себя визуальную оценку состояния ложа прибора, корпуса генератора импульсов, видимой внекардиальной части электрода / электродов и зоны контакта между ними.
