Description

 Замена кардиостимулятора включает в себя деимплантацию ранее установленного устройства и имплантацию нового ECS. Причиной плановой замены стимулятора обычно является истощение электропитания (в среднем через 7 лет), экстренной заменой является перелом или смещение электрода, абсцесс ECS ; Состояние ECS проверяется ежегодно, что позволяет оценить состояние батареи и спланировать замену кардиостимулятора. Процедура замены кардиостимулятора выполняется мини-разрезом; включает в себя снятие корпуса кардиостимулятора, проверку состояния электродов (при необходимости их замену), подключение новой ECS и установку ее на старую кровать.
