Description

 Донорское яйцо можно использовать в процедурах ЭКО и ИКСИ в тех случаях, когда у женщины нет собственных яйцеклеток (из-за менопаузы, синдрома истощения яичников, операции на яичниках), существует высокий риск передачи наследственного заболевания ребенку, и три или более неудачных попытки искусственного оплодотворения. Донором ооцитов может быть женщина 18-35 лет, которая прошла необходимое медицинское обследование без вредных привычек, желательно, чтобы у нее был свой здоровый ребенок (или дети), причем последний раз донором ооцитов было по крайней мере 4 месяца назад.,В программах ЭКО могут использоваться как нормальные, так и остеклованные ооциты, полученные от анонимного или открытого (связанного) донора.
