Description

 Для детей старше четырех лет широко распространена местная анестезия. Возможность и безопасность использования местных анестетиков для обезболивания пациентов в младшей возрастной группе определяется индивидуально. Наиболее распространенными средствами местной анестезии у детей являются артекаиновый ряд препаратов, также возможно введение лидокаина и мивакаина. Расчет дозы препарата основан на массе тела ребенка. Препарат вводят инъекцией. Продолжительность действия зависит от степени разбавления вазоконстриктора, который входит в состав анестетика. В период глухоты родители должны следить за тем, чтобы ребенок не повредил слизистую оболочку щек и губ.
