Description

 Седативный закись азота. Манипуляция, при которой обеспечивается легкое угнетение сознания ребенка. Закись азота вводят интраназально, действие препарата прекращается через несколько минут после прекращения приема. Техника используется в сочетании с местной анестезией, уменьшает страх и беспокойство. Показан при первом посещении стоматолога, повышенной тревожности, травматических вмешательствах и длительных стоматологических процедурах. Седативный эффект закиси азота не применяется у детей младше 3 лет, у пациентов с психическими расстройствами и нарушениями умственного развития, повышенной возбудимостью, переполненным желудком и затруднением носового дыхания.
