Description

 Пластиковый мочевой пузырь. Группа оперативных приемов, используемых для восстановления резервуарной функции организма. Основными показаниями для вмешательства являются экстрофия и состояние после удаления органа при раке мочевого пузыря. Для реконструкции органа используется желудочно-кишечный тракт, чаще всего - петля подвздошной кишки, реже - участок толстой кишки. Пластическая хирургия мочевого пузыря обычно проводится в урологической больнице под общим наркозом. Желудочно-кишечный тракт перемещается вместе с брыжейкой для обеспечения кровоснабжения. В зависимости от объема и характера патологии мочевой пузырь либо увеличивается, образуя «вставку», либо полностью моделируется заново. В отдаленном периоде после полного восстановления организма необходим постоянный контроль частоты мочеиспускания из-за отсутствия позывов.
