Description

 Ангиопластика и стентирование коронарных артерий. Малоинвазивные хирургические методы восстановления внутреннего просвета стенотических артерий сердца с помощью эндоваскулярных устройств - катетеров и баллонных стентов. Под контролем рентгеновских лучей пункцию бедренной артерии в области сужения коронарного сосуда выполняют с помощью катетера, закрепленного баллоном и стентом. Когда баллон надувается, внутрисосудистый просвет расширяется, и металлическая трубка из проволочных нитей, стента, одновременно вставляется в стенки артерии. Спущенный баллон вместе с катетером удаляется наружу, а установленный стент остается в артерии и сохраняет свой просвет.
