Description

 Операции при патологии коронарной артерии направлены на восстановление перфузии миокарда у пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца и ее осложнениями или патологиями коронарных сосудов. При стенозе коронарной артерии используются шунтирование коронарной артерии, баллонная ангиопластика или измененный трансплантат стента, чрескожная артериализация коронарной вены AKSH включает создание обходных путей внутрисердечного кровотока с использованием артерии молочной железы (маммокортарное шунтирование) или резецированного сегмента вены или периферической артерии. С аномалиями коронарных артерий, перевязкой фистулы, аномально локализованной пластикой коронарных артерий реализованы;
