Description

 Анализ на корь RPHA предназначен для обнаружения и титрования антител к инфекционному агенту. Его используют для лабораторного подтверждения заражения вирусом кори, наличия постинфекционного и поствакцинального иммунитета. Анализ проводится методом пассивной (непрямой) реакции гемагглютинации с диагностикой эритроцитарной корь. Положительными считаются значения титра 1:10 или более. Для достоверного подтверждения диагноза необходимо двойное обследование: на 1-3 день от появления сыпи и через 12-14 дней. При активной инфекции регистрируется четырехкратное и более увеличение титра антител в парных сыворотках. Стоимость зависит от периодичности обследования.
