 Анализ на коклюш и парапертуш RPHA направлен на выявление иммунологических антител к возбудителям вordetella pertussis и вordetella parapertussis. Исследование показано с целью лабораторного подтверждения инфекционных заболеваний, их дифференциальной диагностики и оценки эффективности вакцинации АКДС. Контрольные значения составляют 1:80 (для неиммунизированных лиц) и 1: 160 (для иммунизированных лиц). Положительным считается повышение титра антител как минимум в 4 раза за 2 недели. На стоимость влияет актуальность диагностики.
