Description

 Эпидуральная анестезия во время родов. Медицинский наркоз методом родов путем введения обезболивающих препаратов в эпидуральное пространство позвоночного канала. Относится к регионарным методам анестезии, применяется для обезболивания естественной и оперативной работы, а также небольших акушерских операций. Эпидуральная анестезия выполняется анестезиологом в положении роженицы, лежа на боку или сидя; в то время как позвоночник должен быть как можно сложнее. После местной анестезии кожи и подкожных тканей выполняется пункция позвонков III-IV, где установлен катетер, через который вводят анестетик. Анестетик очищает нервные корешки и блокирует передачу болевых импульсов. В то же время роженица находится в сознании, чувствует сокращения, но не чувствует боли.
