Description

 Эндоваскулярная баллонная дилатация аортального стеноза. Техника чрескожной транскатетерной вальвулопластики заключается в увеличении отверстия аорты с помощью специального надувного баллона. Эндоваскулярная баллонная дилатация стеноза аорты направлена на декомпрессию левого желудочка, радикальную или паллиативную коррекцию дефекта. Чрескожная вальвулопластика выполняется путем прокалывания бедренной артерии и введения катетера в просвет стеноза аорты с надутым баллоном на конце. Под контролем рентгеновских лучей и Echo-KG проводится серия дилатаций. После баллонной вальвулопластики часто развивается аортальный рестеноз.
