Description

 Пластическая хирургия аортального клапана. Вмешательство, которое поддерживает клапан с аортальной недостаточностью. Пластическая операция на аортальном клапане проводится при отсутствии толстых изменений узелков и предназначена для коррекции функций переключения и ретрансляции. Были предложены три группы методов пластики аортального клапана - ремоделирование, ресуспендирование (суспензия) и реимплантация. Операции выполняются на нерабочем сердце с помощью АИК. Из-за высоких гемодинамических нагрузок, испытываемых аортальным клапаном во время сокращения желудочка, аортальная недостаточность часто возвращается после пластической операции и требует повторной операции.
