Description

 Рентгенограмма ключицы в травматологии назначается при подозрении на перелом, вывих акромиона или стернального конца ключицы. Стандартное исследование проводится в (прямой) проекции. При рентгенологическом обследовании пациент помещается на спину или живот. При переломах ключицы со смещенным изображением в проекции не всегда возможно определить характер и степень смещения отломка. Поэтому при необходимости травматолог назначает дополнительный рентген в боковой проекции. Неполный вывих акромиального конца ключицы может потребовать сравнительного снимка здоровой ключицы (для сравнения обоих акромиально-ключичных суставов).
