Description

 Нарушения остроты зрения, такие как гиперметропия, астигматизм, пресбиопия и миопия, связаны с особенностями структуры глазного яблока и его преломляющих сред, в результате чего изображение объектов не попадает в область сетчатки, где оно сфокусировано у людей с нормальным видение. В этих случаях и применяется лазерная коррекция зрения. Операция состоит в лазерном воздействии на роговицу глаза, чтобы придать ему форму, в которой изображение объектов попадет на сетчатку глаза. Различные методы лазерной коррекции (LASIK, Super LASIK, EPI-LASIK, Femto LASIK, LASEK) различаются по способу его выполнения, толщине слоя роговицы и глубине вмешательства.
