Description

 Фетометрия плода. Определение основных биометрических параметров плода ультразвуком. Это исследование имеет решающее значение для определения гестационного возраста плода, а также позволяет косвенно судить о наличии аномалий в его развитии. Основными фетометрическими показателями являются: бипариетальное измерение (BPR), лобно-затылочное измерение (LZR), окружность головы (OG), окружность живота (GU), окружность грудной клетки (OGK), длина трубчатых костей (бедренная кость, плечевая кость, кости ног) ниже и предплечье). Полученные измерения сравниваются с таблицами стандартов для каждого периода беременности. Фетометрия плода может быть выполнена как часть ультразвукового скрининга или как независимое исследование (если необходимо оценить плод с течением времени).
