Description

 Редкие грибковые инфекции, которые распространены только в отдельных регионах мира и могут вызывать тяжелые состояния у в общем здоровых людей. Фактор риска - поездки и проживание в регионах, где распространены эти инфекции. Возраст, пол, генетика значения не имеют.
 Большинство видов грибков могут вызвать инфекцию только у людей с иммунодефицитом, таких как больные СПИДом. В таких случаях грибки беспрепятственно распространяются по всему организму и вызывают тяжелые и часто смертельные болезни. Но некоторые редкие виды грибков могут привести к тяжелым заболеваниям у людей с нормальной имунной системой.
 Ниже представлены четыре вида редких инфекций, вызываемых грибками: гистоплазмоз, кокцидоидомикоз, бластомикоз и криптококкоз.
 ГИСТОПЛАЗМОЗ. Микоз, вызываемый Histoplasma capsulatum. Эти грибки живут в почве, присутствуют в кале инфицированных птиц и летучих мышей. Люди заражаются, вдыхая cnopы грибков, которые затем вызывают симптомы, сходные с туберкулезом (кашель и лихорадка).
 КОКЦИДОИДОМИКОЗ. Возбудителем этого микоза является грибок вида сoccidoides immitus. Кокцидоидомикоз еще называют калифорнийской лихорадкой.
 Люди заражаются, вдыхая споры грибов, взвешенные в воздухе, грибки начинают активно размножаться в легочной ткани, вызывая кашель и лихорадку. Они могут образовывать полости в легких, но редко распространяются на другие органы.
 БЛАСТОМИКОЗ. В большинстве случаев он поражает кожу, на ней появляются незудящие пятна, которые затем превращаются в язвы с четкими красными краями. Также возможно поражение легких, которое сопровождает кашель и лихорадка. В некоторых случаях инфекция вызывает болезненное опухание суставов.
 КРИПТОКОККОЗ. Возбудителем микоза является грибок сryptococcus neoformans, который попадает в легкие с вдыхаемым воздухом. Инфекция поражает преимущественно головной мозг, вызывая головные боли и лихорадку, возможно также поражение кожи, легких и костей.
 Диагностика.
 Диагноз ставят, обнаружив эти видыгрибков в крови, мокроте или спннно-мозговой жидкости. Также определяют в крови антитела к данным грибкам. Для подтверждения диагноза проводят необходимые исследования, в тч магнитно-резонансное сканирование головного мозга.
 Лечение.
 Часто никакого лечения не требуется. В тяжелых случаях назначают противогрибковые препараты. Большинство людей полностью выздоравливает, но инфекция может стать смертельной для людей с иммунодефицитом.
