Description

 Периостотомия - это зубосохраняющая операция, которая включает хирургическое рассечение надкостницы (надкостницы) с целью дренирования гнойного очага. Он показан при серозном и гнойном периостите (флюс), актиномикозе челюсти, а также выполняется для получения доступа во время синус-лифтинга, резекции верхушки корня и костной пластики. Операция проводится под местной анестезией. Разрез мягких тканей делается на всю глубину в месте наибольшего уплотнения. Затем отслаивается надкостница, гнойная полость промывается антисептиком и устанавливается дренаж в рану. Стоимость периостотомии зависит от степени сложности.
