Description

 Uvulotomie. Частичное или полное хирургическое удаление язычка. Он развивается от умеренного до тяжелого обструктивного апноэ во сне. Оно проводится после того, как полисомниграфии, которые использовались для определения точной причины храпа, проводились плановым образом под общим наркозом или местной анестезией. Для удаления язычка используется скальпель, рана ушивается рассасывающимися швами. Противопоказания к увулотомии включают декомпенсированные терапевтические патологии, острые инфекционные заболевания, нарушения системы свертывания крови, воспаление верхних дыхательных путей при обострении.
