Description

 Курс медикаментозного лечения фурункулеза состоит из местной и общей специфической и неспецифической терапии. Местное лечение включает лечение здоровой кожи вокруг фурункулов камфарой или салициловым спиртом и нанесение ихтиоловых повязок для созревания фурункулов. После вскрытия кипения полость обрабатывают перекисью водорода, наносят повязки с гипертоническим раствором и антибактериальными мазями. Системная медикаментозная терапия состоит из антибактериальных препаратов (клоксациллин, клиндамицин, рифампин), тоников (витамины С, В, А), иммунотерапии (аутогемотерапия, стафилококковый анатоксин, антистафилококковый γ-глобулин).
