Description

 Изучение газового состава крови. Лабораторные исследования артериальной крови, включая определение парциального давления кислорода и углекислого газа (PaO 2, PaCO 2), pH, процентного содержания кислорода (O 2 сT), насыщения крови кислородом (SaO2), концентрации бикарбонат-анионов (HCO3 -). Забор крови для определения газового состава проводится путем пункции / катетеризации бедренной или локтевой артерии в шприц, промытый гепарином; артериализированная капиллярная кровь также может быть использована для исследования. По параметрам газового состава крови судят о наличии дыхательной недостаточности, ее тяжести, эффективности терапии и функции легких в целом.
