Description

 Операция по линии грыжи живота. Восстановление грыжи с дефектами полулунной линии передней брюшной стенки. При традиционной лапаротомии хирургический доступ осуществляется через косой, параректальный или поперечный разрез. Апоневроз наружной косой мышцы живота рассекается по волокнам для более надежного покрытия дефекта. Сделать мешок грыжи и ремонт грыжи. Порт пластической грыжи выполняют послойным швом наружной косой мышцы и апоневрозом. После операции грыжа спигелевой линии живота встречается крайне редко.
