Description

 Гастростомия и гастроанастомоз. Паллиативные и реконструктивные вмешательства направлены на обеспечение питания пациента и нормализацию прохождения пищи через желудочно-кишечный тракт. Если невозможно обеспечить естественное питание пациента в период после желудка, используется резидентная или постоянная гастростомия. Целью реконструктивных операций является восстановление целостности и анатомической проходимости желудочно-кишечного тракта после гастрэктомии. Они могут включать гастроэнтеростомию (наложение желудочно-кишечного анастомоза), гастродуоденостомию (формирование анастомоза между желудком и двенадцатиперстной кишкой), реконструкцию анастомоза, закрытие гастростомии.
