Description

 Удаление зуба. Удаление части зуба, расположенной в костном отверстии. Оно проводится при значительном разрушении коронковой части зуба и невозможности его восстановления терапевтическими и ортопедическими методами, а также в тех случаях, когда после удаления зуба часть корня остается внутри жвачка. Удаление корня зуба чаще всего проводится под местной анестезией. С помощью распатора хирург отшелушивает десны, ослабляет круговые связки, так что корень становится доступным для наложения щипцов. После фиксации щипцов корень извлекается из колодца. При невозможности захвата корень удаляется лифтом путем вывиха. В случае возникновения глубокого корня может возникнуть необходимость предварительно удалить стенку альвеол.
