Description

 ОФЭКТ скелет. Радионуклидный метод радиологии, который позволяет отслеживать особенности распределения радиофармпрепарата и выявлять очаги его патологического накопления в костной ткани. В зависимости от цели обследования может быть проведен SPECT костных структур определенной области (грудная клетка, позвоночник, конечности, таз) или всего скелета. SPECT скелета показан для выявления первичных опухолей костей, метастазов в костях, осложненных травм, дегенеративных, воспалительных и метаболических заболеваний. При необходимости, сравнение данных остеосцинтиграфии с анатомическими признаками скелетного ОФЭКТ комбинируется с малодозовой рентгеновской компьютерной томографией (КТ или МСКТ).
