Ferrum sulphuricum

 Sulphate of Iron ; сopperas. Fe SO4, 7H2O.
 The pure sulphate of iron prepared by trituration.

 Severe vertigo. θ Diarrhoea.
 Confusion of head and dull pain through head.
 Heaviness and dull pain in upper part of forehead.
 Severe burning and pain in head, with thirst.
 Pressing, throbbing headache, worse in forehead, with ringing in ears, and sensation as if all the blood were rushing into head and face ; face scarlet red, glowing ; better in fresh, open air ; worse in warm room ; toothache. θ Menorrhagia.
 Pain apparently in walls of meatus auditorius externus.

 Violent, tearing toothache ; teeth all sound ; better from cold air, or application of ice upon cheek ; headache. θ Menorrhagia.
 Very troublesome soreness of soft palate.
 Taste of salt with smarting in throat.

 Bulimia, cannot be satisfied, thirst not marked. θ Diarrhoea.
 Loss of appetite ; aversion to meat. θ Menorrhagia.

 Eructation of flatus and food with acidity.
 Sickness, with vomiting.
 Sensation of fermentation or of a noise or movement like purring of a cat in region of stomach.
 Cardialgia.
 Gastritis with pain after eating and regurgitation of food by mouthfuls.
 Inflammatory condition of membranes of stomach.
 Pain in region of gall-bladder.
 Colicky pains in abdomen.
 Abdominal pains with flatulence and diarrhoea.
 Watery, reddish-brown, odorless, painless diarrhoea, with great paleness of skin, emaciation, vertigo, oedema of scrotum and lower limbs, bulimia without thirst, venous murmurs.
 Diarrhoea, with pains in abdomen.
 Constipation. θ Menorrhagia.
 Helminthiasis ; tapeworm ; ascarides.

 Great weakness accompanying вright’s disease.
 Bloody urine with albuminuria.
 Edema of scrotum and lower limbs.
 Secondary gonorrhoea.
 Menstruation copious, of five to six days’ duration, with colic before and during time ; headache frequently between menstrual periods ; headache pressing, throbbing, especially in forehead, with ringing in ears, and sensation as if all the blood was rushing into head and face ; face scarlet red, glowing ; better in fresh, open air ; worse in warm room ; often accompanied by violent, tearing toothache, teeth all sound ; better in cold air, or from ice upon cheek ; worse in warmth ; loss of appetite ; aversion to meat ; constipation. θ Menorrhagia.
 Metrorrhagia ; leucorrhoea.

 Marked venous murmurs. θ сhlorosis. θ Diarrhoea.

 Sensation on skin of back as if he wore a stout woolen flannel shirt.
 Pain shooting down right side of back.
 Arms bent at elbows, and fingers drawn towards forearm by flexure of wrist.
 Hands yield to forcible extension, but immediately return to same condition.
 ** Paralysis of lower extremities.
 Knees slightly flexed ; toes drawn upwards rigidly.
 Pain in sole of left foot in middle of thick, fleshy, anterior part and at same time an aching pain through lower part of leg.
 Limbs very painful, especially feet and calves, where the pain in distracting.
 Contractions in arms, hands and feet.

 Chorea.

 Warmth : toothache.
 Warm room : face red and glowing.
 Cold air : toothache .
 Ice : toothache .
 Fresh open air : face red and glowing .
 As if all the blood were rushing into head and face ; sensation of fermentation, or of a noise or movement like purring of a cat in region of stomach ; sensation on skin of back as if he wore a stout woolen shirt.
 Pain : in head ; in walls of meatus auditorius externus ; after eating ; in region of gall-bladder ; in abdomen ; shooting down right side of back ; in sole of foot ; in middle of thick, fleshy part ; in lower limbs.
 Distracting pain : in feet and calves.
 Tearing pain : in tooth.
 Colicky pains : in abdomen.
 Throbbing : forehead.
 Aching pain : through lower part of leg.
 Smarting : in throat.
 Burning : in head.
 Soreness : of soft palate.
 Feeling of general heat.
 Dull pain : through head ; in upper part of forehead.
 Contractions : in arms ; hands ; in feet.
 Pressing : forehead.
 Confusion : of head.
 Ringing : in ears.
 Heaviness : in upper part of forehead.
 Emaciation. θ Diarrhoea.
 ** Local atony ; disposition to congestions, nettle-rash, aphtha.
 ** Relaxed condition of ligaments ; joints easily dislocated ; hernia.
 Passive bloody or mucous flux, from genitals or alimentary canal.
 Hydrops ; scrofula.

 Feeling of general heat and disposition to sweat with a sensation on skin of back as if he wore a stout woolen flannel shirt.
 Right : pain shooting down side of back.
 Left : pain in sole of foot.

 Great paleness of skin. θ Diarrhoea.

 Boy, at. thirteen months ; diarrhoea.
