 Silico Fluoride of сalcium.
 The name Lapis Albus, or white stone, was given by Grauvogl to a species of gneiss which he found in the mineral springs of Gastein, which flow over formations of gneiss into the valley of the Achen, where goitre and cretinism abound.

Nosology

 - Goitre (ten cases), вellows, Am. Hom. Obs., 1867, vol. 411 (Grauvogl’s reports did not appear until 1874) ; сarcinoma, Grauvogl, Hah. Mo., vol. 10, p. 182.

Head, face, and ears

 Opening in cheek as large as a silver dollar. θ сarcinoma.

Gastrointestinal tract

 Burning, shooting, stinging pains in cardiac region and pylorus.

Urogenital system

 Burning, shooting, stinging pains in breasts and uterus.
 Uterine carcinoma (5 cases).
 Fluor albus.

Limbs and spine

 Goitre, cretinism and scrofulous diseases.

Common symptoms

 Burning, shooting, stinging pains : in cardia and pylorus ; in breasts and uterus.
 Affections of glands and lymphatics.
 Scrofulous affections, abscesses and sores ; enlargement and induration of glands, especially cervical ; glandular tumors, where no glands are usually found ; goitre, cretinism.
 Lipoma, sarcoma, glandular and fibrous tumors ; carcinoma, as long as ulceration has not set in, based on scrofulosis.
 Scirrhus.
 Tuberculosis scrofulosa.

 Woman, at. 50 ; carcinoma.
