 Caroba. вignoniacea.
 A tree common to вrazil. The tincture is prepared from the flowers. Provings by Mure. See Allen’s Encyclopedia, vol. 5, p. 17.

 Fulness : in head ; first in right, later in left temple, going to nape of neck, where it disappears.
 Pain, as if a plug was pressing on right side of forehead.
 Dull pain between forehead and right temple, shifting to other side and then disappearing.
 Flapping in ears, as of wings.
 Stoppage and heat in left ear, with burning, digging pain, extending to left nostril.
 Sneezing and fluent coryza.
 Coryza, with heaviness and weariness at vertex, forehead and eyes.

 Food tastes flat or acid.
 Raw pain at left side of tongue.
 Dry mouth in morning in bed.
 Mouth dry and clammy.
 Sore throat, with constriction of pharynx and difficult deglutition.
 Constrictive sensation at throat.

 Nausea when eating.
 Fulness at pit of stomach, with hurried breathing.
 Pressure at pit of stomach.
 Sensation as if heart beat in pit of stomach.
 Painful stitch : between pit of stomach and umbilicus ; in left side of navel.
 Acute pain at hypogastrium when pressing upon it.
 Swelling of right groin painful to touch.
 Constipation.
 Acute pain, with lancination in anus.
 Pricking around anus.
 Excrescence at anus.
 Itching at anus while sitting.

 Contact of urine with chancre causes tearing pains, which affect whole organism. θ Syphilis.
 Heat and pain in penis.
 Orifice of urethra looks like two inflamed lips, itching on being touched.
 Discharge of yellowish white liquid from prepuce.
 Prickling in prepuce.
 Pain in prepuce, as if a small bundle of fibres was seized.
 Phimosis.
 Suppuration between glans and prepuce.
 Itching and pricking at margin of prepuce.
 Itching pimple at glans, suppurating like a chancre, and leaving a red point when dry.
 Acute pain in left testicle when walking.
 Heat and swelling of scrotum.
 Painful erections caused by swelling of prepuce.
 Prepuce much swollen, could not be drawn over glans ; on attempting to do so, copious discharge of yellowish green pus. θ Secondary syphilis.
 Chordee in gonorrhoea.

 Touch : groin painful ; causes itching on urethra.

 Restless sleep with frightful dreams.
 Morning : dry mouth ; rheumatic pain in arm.

 Internal chill.
 Dry, pricking heat all over.
 Right : fulness in temple ; pain on side of forehead ; swelling of groin ; painful stitch from heart to side ; rheumatic pain in knee.
 Left : fulness of temple ; stoppage and heat in ear ; burning in nostril ; raw pain on side of tongue ; painful stitch on side of navel ; acute pain in testicle ; rheumatic pain in arm ; pain from elbow through forearm.
