 Natural order: Sapindaceae. Preparation: Triturations from the whole fruit.

Mental

 Mind.
 Confusion of mind, always attended by vertigo, and may be followed by stupefaction and coma.

Head, face, and ears

 Head.
 Vertigo, with staggering, reeling and unconsciousness.
 Vertigo with fullness and heaviness of the head, dimness of sight, thickness of speech, nausea, and vomiting.
 Eyes.
 Dimness of sight, and even loss of sight.
 Eyes fixed and expressionless.

Mouth and throat

 Thickness of speech from paralysis of the tongue.

Gastrointestinal tract

 Great distension of the stomach and abdomen.
 Nausea, with loathing of food and vomiting, with cramp-like pain in stomach.
 Stool and Anus.
 Hard, knotty stools.
 Obstinate constipation.

Limbs and spine

 Wry neck (spasmodic).
 Great lameness and weakness of the back.
 Extremities.
 Trembling of the lower limbs, with spasmodic contractions.

Common symptoms

 Spasms and convulsions, followed by paralysis.
 Great weakness.
