 Название препарата: suan zao ren. Semen Ziziphi Spinosae, suan zao ren (суань цзао жэнь) , Семя зизифуса колючего.
 Семя зизифуса колючего - Ziziphus spinosa Hu (семейство Крушиновые - Rhamnaceae).
 Собирают в конец осени-начале зимы в период зрелости плодов. Удаляют мякоть. Раскалывают косточку и вынимают семя. Сушат на солнце. Используют в необработанном виде или после поджаривания. Перед использованием толкут.

 В отварах по 10-20 г. Перед сном в виде порошка по 1,5-3 г.

 Применение лекарства противопоказано при избытке патогенной Ци и скоплении огня.
