Description

 При травме органа проводится ревизия почки для определения ее повреждения и жизнеспособности. Показаниями к диагностическому вмешательству являются нестабильная гемодинамика, признаки стойкого кровотечения, увеличение забрюшинных гематом. Для ревизии используется лапаротомия по средней линии. После рассечения брюшины и доступа в забрюшинное пространство исследуют почку, удаляют нежизнеспособные ткани, ушивают чашечку таза, проводят гемостаз и установку дренажной системы. Если почка сильно повреждена или отделена от сосудистой ножки, показана нефрэктомия. Стоимость зависит от типа травмы.
