Description

 Пластика шейки матки методом стратификации (по Брауде) показана для восстановления анатомической формы цервикального канала после операции конизации, при его рубцовой деформации, разрывах. Метод Брауде предполагает частичное наслоение тканей шейки матки на глубину 1-1,5 см с разрезанием внутреннего и внешнего лоскутов. Патологически измененная рубцовая ткань иссекается, после чего слизисто-мышечные лоскуты послойно стыкуются и ушиваются кетгутовыми лигатурами. В результате формируется физиологически правильный веретеновидный канал шейки матки. Стоимость операции зависит от категории сложности.
