Description

 Папавериновая проба предполагает введение вазоактивного препарата. Папаверин в кавернозных телах полового члена с целью дифференциальной диагностики генеза эректильной дисфункции. Инъекция производится в кавернозные тела через заднебоковую поверхность, после чего половой член слегка массируется. Характер эрекции (время возникновения, продолжительность, угол наклона полового члена) оценивается через 10-30 минут. При недостаточной эрекции можно предположить сосудистый характер дисфункции, при нормальном - нейрогенный или психогенный. Стоимость теста на папаверин учитывает обращение и цену препарата.
