Description

 Остановка кровотечения во время колоноскопии выполняется как часть эндоскопии кишечника при кровотечении, вызванном геморроем, ангиодисплазией, только язвой, колитом и колоректальной неоплазией. На первом этапе исследуется толстая кишка, чтобы определить источник и степень кровотечения. После оценки клинической ситуации эндоскопический гемостаз проводят одним из следующих способов: промыванием слизистой оболочки коагулянтами, подслизистыми инъекциями вазоконстрикторов, баллонной непроходимостью просвета кишечника, диатермокоагуляцией, лазерной фотокоагуляцией.
