Description

 Блокада лестничной мышцы возникает при синдроме передней лестничной мышцы (синдром Скаленуса), тромбозе подключичной вены (синдром Педжета-Шреттера), раке Панкоста, шейном плексите, синдроме плечевого сустава, остеохондрозе ШОП. После пальпации и фиксации передней лестничной мышцы в надключичную область вводят иглу и вводят примерно 2 мл новокаина (лидокаина) в сочетании с дексаметазоном или дипроспаном. Курс блокад - 2 раза в неделю в течение месяца. Чтобы избежать попадания в подключичную артерию, рекомендуется вводить иглу на глубину не более 0,5 Стоимость варьируется в зависимости от применяемых препаратов и их дозировки.
