Description

 Блокада большой грудной мышцы проводится при синдроме передней грудной стенки, синдроме Титце, переломах ребер и других грудных водорослях. Инъекцию делают пациенту сидя или лежа на спине. При пальпации обнаруживаются точки максимальной боли, в каждую из них вводят 0,5-1,0 мл лекарственного состава (новокаин, дипроспан). Инфильтрация 4-5 зон осуществляется за один прием. Блокада повторяется два раза в неделю в течение 3-6 недель. Стоимость определяется количеством точек инъекций и использованием ультразвуковой навигации.
