Description

 Открытие парафинового абсцесса. Хирургический дренаж скопления гноя в ротоглоточном пространстве. Операция проводится в экстренной ситуации. Если абсцесс миндалины, первым шагом является удаление миндалин. Если обнаружен фистатический ход, он расширяется щипцами, обеспечивая выделение гнойного содержимого. При отсутствии свища парафиновый абсцесс открывается тупо, чтобы избежать повреждения крупных артерий. Можно вскрыть абсцесс с помощью внешнего доступа - в этом случае разрез делается вдоль переднего края родимого пятна. После опорожнения полость абсцесса промывают раствором антибиотика и фильтруют.
