Description

 Демодуляция яичников. Хирургическое вмешательство, которое включает разрушение стромы яичника с целью создания условий для нормального фолликулогенеза и овуляции. Операция проводится при синдроме поликистозных яичников с использованием электрокоагулятора, хирургического лазера. Демедуляция яичников является более радикальной по сравнению с другими деструктивными методами (электрокаутеризация, сверление), которые затрагивают только верхний (кортикальный) слой яичника. Тем не менее, он менее травматичен по сравнению с клиновидной резекцией, поскольку позволяет сохранить ткани яичника и резерв яичника.
