Description

 Биопсия миокарда используется в диагностике и дифференциальной диагностике миокардита и кардиомиопатий для выявления признаков отторжения трансплантата после трансплантации сердца. Обычно материал берется со стенки правого желудочка. Катетер вводится в подключичную, бедренную или яремную вену и вводится в полость сердца под контролем ультразвука или рентгеновского излучения. Участок ткани удаляется путем аспирации, пункции или послеоперационной биопсии. Стоимость биопсии миокарда зависит от типа катетера, пунктированной вены и вида визуального осмотра процедуры.
