Description

 Акустическая рефлексометрия Оценка сокращения стапиальной мышцы среднего уха в ответ на интенсивное звуковое раздражение. Позволяет объективно анализировать функцию слуховых косточек и тонус барабанной перепонки, состояние звукопроводящего аппарата в целом. Исследование акустических рефлексов предусматривает подачу в ухо звукового сигнала определенной силы с последующим определением латентного периода, амплитуды гомолатерального и контралатерального акустического рефлекса. Характер реакции помогает определить уровень нарушения слуха и предположительно оценить причины потери слуха.
