Description

 Иссечение кисты молочной железы. Это операция, во время которой удаляется кистозная масса в объеме секторальной резекции (1/6 - 1/8 молочной железы). Показаниями являются однокамерные кисты с неэффективной тройной аспирацией, многокамерными образованиями, историей рака молочной железы, признаками атипичной пролиферации эпителия согласно морфологическому исследованию. Обычно используется внутривенная анальгезия. Маркеры, соответствующие пораженному сектору, наносятся на кожу, делаются два полуовальных разреза, а затем они соединяются, отрезая часть органа. Шов, установка дренажа. Материал направлен на гистологический анализ.
