Description

 Криоконсервация фибробластов. Это консервация части аутологичного материала, полученного от пациента, в криобанке. Для поддержания способности к размножению активные фибробласты замораживают жидким азотом, помещая их в специальные герметичные контейнеры. Криоконсервация происходит при температуре хранения от -150 до -196 ° с. В таких условиях пул клеток может сохраняться неограниченное время.
