Description

 Фотодинамическая терапия вульвы. Фотохимиотерапевтический метод лечения дистрофических и онкологических заболеваний наружных половых органов. ФДТ перспективен при краурозе, склеротическом лишайнике (лейкоплакия) и раке вульвы. При онкопатологии его можно использовать в радикальных и паллиативных целях. Он включает местное применение или внутривенное введение светочувствительного реагента, который накапливается в патологическом очаге и затем активируется с использованием световой энергии. Полученная реакция сопровождается образованием синглетного кислорода, который повреждает клеточные мембраны и органеллы, вызывая их апоптоз.
