Description

 ФДТ в гинекологии. Независимый или поддерживающий метод лечения фоновых и онкологических заболеваний женской половой сферы. Используется при лейкоплакии и курозе вульвы, дисплазии шейки матки, раке вульвы, влагалища, цервикального канала и матки. Для проведения фотодинамической терапии используют фотосенсибилизирующее лекарственное средство в форме геля или раствора для внутрифокусного / внутривенного введения. Фотосенсибилизатор накапливается в патологически измененных тканях и активируется с последующим лазерным облучением, в результате чего выделяется синглетная форма кислорода. Это приводит к избирательному повреждению и разрушению атипичных клеток.
