Description

 Микроскопия носовых выделений (риноцитограмма). Анализ слизи полости носа, направленный на изучение количества лейкоцитов, эозинофилов, нейтрофилов, лимфоцитов, макрофагов, эритроцитов, дрожжевых грибов, флоры. Интерпретация результатов основана на оценке соотношения полученных показателей. Эти исследования используются для установления характера длительного ринита (дифференциальная диагностика). Для риноцитограммы используется мазок слизистой оболочки носа. Анализ проводится микроскопическим методом с окрашиванием. Контрольные значения зависят от места сбора биоматериала. Мазок определяется количеством эозинофилов, нейтрофилов, лимфоцитов, эритроцитов. Подготовка результатов занимает около 2 рабочих дней.
