Description

 Эндоскопическая контактная уретеролитотрипсия. Это разрушение камней мочеточника путем подведения разрушающего инструмента (литотриптера) к камню через нижние мочевые пути. Применяется для камней средней и нижней трети мочеточника после неэффективности дистанционной литотрипсии. Во время операции уретроскоп вводится через мочеиспускательный канал и мочевой пузырь в мочеточник, через который проходит литотриптер (ультразвуковой, лазерный или пневматический). После успешного дробления камня к нему подается литоэкстрактор, который улавливает крупные частицы камня и осторожно удаляет их из мочевыводящих путей.
